Islamic Law sets out strict, rigid and fair inheritance rules, that determine how a Muslim estate is to be divided
between the Heirs of the deceased.
Islamic Wills and Bequest documents are now available from Hope and Help.
It is prescribed that when death approaches any of you, if they leave something of value, a will should be made in favour of parents and immediate family with fairness. This is an obligation on those who are mindful of Allah.
{Qur’an, Surah al-Baqarah, Verse 780}
